Beneath the River Group is a woman owned business committed to the growth and development of leadership professionals and their teams. Kathryn and Linda have spent their careers in leadership roles, with a clear passion for helping others.  We asked ouselves, “How do we take the Google experience, and all we’ve learned, and give back to the next generation of leaders?”; the answer was clear, we embarked on a new journey, and Beneath the River Group was born.

We know as women in leadership roles, or for those trying to advance in their career, the river you're on can take many forms.  It can be calm and still, have a strong current moving in many directions, or it can be turbulent and full of obstacles, but nothing can stop its flow to the final destination. There are snags that slow you down, boulders you have to work around, or choices to be made about the direction you will go.  You may have people along the journey guiding you, people sitting on the riverbank watching you go by, or those that are riding your waves.
